The Organizing Committee of the 13th Children's Festival of D.E.S.E.C.E. invites you to participate in the seminar entitled "Messy Play: The sensory game that gets dirty! From theory to practice "which will be presented by Dimitra Panou, pedagogue, animator and graduate student of D.E.S.E.C.E. of the University of Patras.
What is Messy Play and how can it help a child grow? Why is it necessary to let children get dirty and discover through the senses the world around them? How can chaos be a dynamic framework for learning and comprehensive development?
These and other questions we will answer… playing!

Materials
For 3 easy and impressive messy play recipes we will need:
- 2 packets of corn flour
- 1 liter of water
- Baking Soda (1 cup of tea)
- Hair conditioner
- 3 bowls
- kitchen roll
- 2 tablespoons.
Optionally:
- pastry color or tempera
- cocoa
The seminar is addressed to students and teachers of Primary Education, parents and anyone interested.
